About
NeuroBloom was founded from both professional expertise and personal experience. After more than 27 years in leadership development, talent strategy, and coaching, I discovered my greatest passion: helping autistic and ADHD individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful lives.

Why NeuroBloom
NeuroBloom brings together 27 years of leadership and talent development, specialized neurodiversity coaching, and lived experience as the parent of a neurodivergent young adult.
The result is coaching that's practical, personalized, and grounded in both professional expertise and real life.
Parent of a neurodivergent young adult. Years of firsthand experience navigating executive functioning, education, employment, transition planning, and independence alongside my own family.
Practical, individualized coaching focused on building confidence, meaningful skills, independence, and sustainable progress.

My Story
My daughter was diagnosed with autism and ADHD at six. She grew up bright, capable, and deeply herself — and as she approached adulthood, I realized the supports that had carried her through school were about to disappear.
As a parent, I experienced the uncertainty, advocacy, and hope that come with helping a child navigate the world. Professionally, I saw how many talented people struggled—not because they lacked ability, but because the environments around them didn't always recognize or support their strengths. Those experiences shaped how I see coaching today: practical, strengths-based support that helps people build strategies, confidence, and a path forward.
NeuroBloom is the practice I wished had existed for our family: a place where neurodivergent individuals — and the people who love them — get practical, strengths-based support for real life.
The NeuroBloom Approach
The NeuroBloom Growth Framework™ is a simple way to understand how meaningful change develops over time. Rather than chasing quick fixes, it focuses on building momentum through greater self-awareness, practical skills, purposeful action, confidence, and lasting growth.
Every person's journey looks different — but every journey begins with one small step.

What Guides the Work
Coaching begins with what's already working. We build forward from natural strengths, interests, and the way you do your best thinking.
Every strategy is grounded in how neurodivergent individuals actually experience the world — not in trying to make you look like someone you're not.
Real tools, real routines, real skills you can use on Monday morning. No abstract frameworks that never leave the whiteboard.
No two clients get the same plan. Every engagement is shaped around your life, your goals, and the pace that feels human to you.
Experience You Can Trust
Professional expertise combined with practical coaching to help neurodivergent individuals and families move forward with confidence.

A Personal Note
If you're reading this, chances are you—or someone you love—is navigating a season that feels bigger than the map you were handed.
I understand how overwhelming that can feel. As both a coach and a parent, I've experienced firsthand the uncertainty, questions, and hope that often exist at the same time.
My goal is simple: to provide practical guidance, thoughtful partnership, and a strengths-based approach that helps you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Warmly,
